To complete renovations whilst not losing any trading days. Access to site is limited due to geography. The existing building could not be demolished due to restrictions and had to be rebuilt from the inside out.

What Happened:
BML were able to secure the site with retaining walls and rebuild from the inside out to create double the internal dairy space. A fully functional flat was created downstairs to house the owner.

No days were lost from trading. The client has been able to increase cash flow due to the increased size of the trading space. The project came in on budget and to specification.
